This kit is aimed at track day and race car market and offers separate rebound and compression damping on all four corners. Front McPherson struts are top adjustable for rebound with a side adjuster for compression. Non McPherson struts and rears have two adjusters on the side of the damper to adjust rebound and compression damping.
The Gaz Twin Adjustable coilover kits feature separate bump and rebound damping at the front and rear allowing you to dial the car in to your exact needs. During braking for a corner the cars weight is transferred to the front of the car which maximises the grip for the braking effort. As you lift off the brakes to turn in you dont want the suspension to snap back too quickly as this will unload the weight on the front of the car and introduce understeer. Simply put, the bump adjustment controls the suspension during braking and the separate rebound adjustment controls the suspension when you lift off the brakes here you can slow the suspensions return to normal and reduce understeer leading to faster cornering car and quicker lap times.
The Gaz Twin Adjustable dampers are designed to withstand the high side loadings of semi and full slick tyres often seen on serious track day cars and many race formula.
