A stainless steel 12mm banjo hose end for AN4 (-4 AN) PTFE stainless steel braided hose. Allows AN4 braided hose to terminate with a banjo fitting for connection to a 12mm (M12) banjo bolt. The M12 banjo bolt is commonly found on larger brake calipers, some master cylinders, and certain turbocharger oil feed inlets — particularly on larger displacement engines and commercial vehicles. Price includes the ferrule required for assembly.

Choosing the Right Banjo Size

Banjo bolt sizes are not interchangeable — always verify the thread size of your banjo bolt before ordering. The three most common sizes in the AN4 range are:

Assembly

Slide the ferrule onto the AN4 hose, insert the banjo hose end, and crimp or swage to complete the assembly. The ferrule is supplied with the fitting. A copper or aluminium sealing washer is required on each side of the banjo when fitting to the banjo bolt — not included.
